You can also take the code from the search page and place it neatly in a template, as well.

hello again, i'm a little confused here, i already created a newsletter subscription and configured the newsletter content part, but i have to follow a specific design for the form, how can i override the form code with my own?

I've never done much with the newsletter form, but you could probably create a page with the newsletter content part on it and grab the form code, place it in a template and make whatever visual changes are necessary. Just make sure the form result page actually has the newsletter content part on it or it won't work. By the way, I'm not saying that it will work ... but does work for search.
