Unfortunately, I cannot write PHP, so I am in need of a great CMS. I love Olivers work. However, I still need the following:
User account - where people can log in and post comments on articles and even upload their own articles (like a blog)
Polls - where people (after logging in) can vote on articles and pictures etc.
Forum - the existing forum does not seem to work
