Scripting error! Noit able to include java etc...

Hello all...

I posted this once before but did not really get much help with it...Now I am at the point where I cannot impliment a few of the key things I need on my site without it.

Anytime...From Anywhere in my site (articles, templates, etc) I try to place anything in a <script></script> I get the following error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpwcms.php on this server.

I am at a loss here...checked permissions etc...It worked fine...then it didnt...

PLEASE HELP...

I cannot move forward without resolving this....

The only thing I have done (since it was working) is to add the calendar and gallery scripts... I also upgraded from an earlier version...

Everything is working fine except for this...

When I use the <script></script> anywhere in the site (all entry pages, articles, templates, etc... I get that error message...

I checked the permission of all folders etc...But I have no idea what else to check...

Sorry I can't provide anymore information.
