Guestbook problem IE / FF

i coded a main container which includes a wrapper with 100% height,
in this wrapper is a footer container...
in every article on my site it works fine but in guestbook my footer is placed on a wrong pos.

usually a problem when an element does or is not closed...
you will need to go through the code to find this.
