delete newsletter subscriptions

it is not possibal to delete "newsletter subscriptions" do anyone know the filename to be edit, so i can delete "newsletter subscriptions" ?

Must be done in mySQL database:

Table:
phpwcms_subscription

Fields:subscription_id
subscription_name
subscription_info
