NAV_TABLE_COLUMN unfolded ?

Post by waggis »

Hi everyone

Is there a way to keep the navigation table always unfolded ?
I want to see top and sub levels, all the time.

Thanks for your help

im sure some1 will make it possible (i hope) in just 2 lines of code

:wink:

Olivier should see the possibility to make possible changing completely the way the menu looks, so we can customize it

I'm sure that when a solution to the site map problem lies with another thread that requested a way to force the menu structure to be permanently open, I gues all you would need then is to set a new .ccs style to make it look less like a menu and more like the site map to desire.

I would like to investigate the possibility of parsing two arguments in to the NAV replacement tags: {NAV_TABLE_COLUMN:forceopen,usestyle}
this would enable a few addtional benefits of style when creating regular menustructure too i guess.

[I can't even start to look at the code until late next week though]

This would be more than useful, so if there is someone who has an idea .... please ... otherwise : Oliver Büüüüüddddeee :)

Maybe we should ask Jan212,

he created the sitemap-hack which is basically (read his post) an adjusted {NAV_TABLE_COLUMN} layout....
