Newsletter: channels do not appear - Kanäle/Abos erscheinen

Hello,

I'm working on a couple of phpwcms installations. I got one problem with the newsletter. The newsletter worked and I set up three channels. However, in the front end only the two fields e-mail & name show up?

Any hints what might be wrong?
