Buttons...

Hi all,
I want to make those fine buttons (print, top, email etc.) in my own language (portuguese).
Does anyone knows how ?

Another question:
How to make a multiple language site? I know that I can choose contents in another language, but how do I change the {NAV_TABLE_COLUMN} if it is generated by the site structure ? Cany I have 2 site structures ?

buttons: get photoshop, and a nice font. open photoshop, make a new template, type in some text, save the file as .png or .jpg - done.
