Documentation of *ALL* Replacement Tags

Hi there,
has someone documented ALL available RTs somewhere?
I know the different documentations of Pepe and Oliver, but what I'm missing is an overview over all the existing (in a standard release) RTs. Perhaps even enhanced by some mod's RTs. All with a short description.
