hello,
i have problem with CHMOD order 777 or 666

it return "unknown command"

chmod doesn't work on windows-servers with IIS. Call your administrator. He can set the specific rights on folders and files...

on a win-server you should not need to chmod the folders.... try without it... and see what the last step in the install process says....

Are the folders marked green or red?

the folders are green
but downloaded file conf...php is empty

i dont know anymore ... grrr
