new site www.Diving-Industry.com

Post by stelios »

Hi everybody,

first of all a big “thanks” to the developers of phpwcms for the great program.

An other “thanks” goes to the people in the forum which they helped with quick and correct answers.

Now my first „phpwcms“ web site:

http://www.Diving-Industry.com

is online and a need some commends from you as far as the functionality and presentation concerns.

The http://www.Diving-Industry.com is an international directory of companies, institutes and organisations involved in the scuba diving for commercial, professional, military as well as for recreational divers.

It is by far not yet complete, but I am working hard to include as many entries as possible.

Thanks you your help

Stelios

Hey stelios, i think you've made a nice clean design. You might use some more colours.
I would like to see some more pictures/images on it but that's just personal.
Further...I think the 'search' in your menu is not necessary 'cause you have a search field in every page at the right.

But your site is fast and functional, and as a directory for other organisations i think it will do great! :o

Very nice. Very clean.
I'm trying to accomplish what you have with the two columns except my spacing is off on the right column.

How did you do your Products & Services page?

Content Part "HTML"
<table width="100%"><tr><td width="50%" valign="top">

Content Part "Link Article"
with links shown on the left

Content Part "HTML"
</td><td width="10"></td><td width="50%" valign="top">

Content Part "Link Article"
with links shown on the right

Yes. I did not know if you used the teaser_ex tag or two list menu content sections. So you just hard coded everything under Products & Services?

Thank you.
