Problem with Links when i use {PHP:}

Hi everyone,

maybe it is a small problem i have.

On my page i will use the {PHP:} Tag zu include my php Pages like News or VWAR.

It lookes all fine, but the Links on the Pages are going the wrong way.
It trys to find it in the same page as the phpwms.

Here you can see, when you go on a comment on the page news:
http://www.tobivan.de/HBS3/cms/index.php?id=1,5,0,0,1,0
