I found that the Norwegian translation of lang.inc.php supplied with 1.2.3-DEV had not been updated since jan 4. 2004 and that many new entries had been made to the english version since then (somewhat 250 lines).
I could not find any updated norwegian version on the forum so here is the file to put in the include/inc_lang/backend/no folder:

(unzip it first.... and even if I have tested the file and it works, please take a backup of your existing file before overwriting it)
Translations may not be perfect, but I have tried to follow the same language style as Rolf did in the translation of the excisting version.
