country ID's e-mail form

Hello there,

I'm looking for a list of country ID's to use in my e-mail form. The field is currently set to US (United States) but I want it to be South Africa:

SC|Country|0|Country: |10,100|US|285

I tried SA but that gives me Saudi Arabia

. Does anybody know where to get an ID list?
