version 2?

Yes,

but as stated by Pappnase, first there will be 1.2.5 (july) then further development, OG has a lot of work (he has to live too) so, dev releases will come before v2 will come out.

Is the V2 a new codebase, of which we haven't seen a thing, or is it based on the same old 1.2.3DEV as we are looking at now?

, I wouldn't call it "old" it has been out for less then 2 months if I remember well...
And as for rewriting the whole code it seems most unlikely, why are dev versions for if not to test the stable release (v2 thus)?

from sunny Brussels (yeah! it's like 30 here worth quoting, so rare) --> and shame on me I'm in front of my PC, think I'll grab my notebook somewhere in a park and steal some wifi connection
