HotBar Problem... anyone experienced this before?

This does not exactly have anything to do with phpWCMS and then it does...but maybe some of you have seen/heard of this before... on a computer (which is not mine) HotBar got installed and it made my phpWCMS act weird. It added the following code to almost any site I edited:

After I uninstalled HotBar via the Control Panel I cannot log into the phpWCMS administration module. When I enter my login information and presses login I am sent to the login page again, without it saying that there is a problem with the username and/or password.

Programmes like AdAware and SpyBot have not been used, but I will do this the next time I am going where the computer is. Before I do this, though, I was merely wondering if any of you good people ever had experienced this?!?
