What phpWCMS version should I use?

I installed 1.2.DEV (installation was succesfull) but immediately foud some bugs. (When I set article status visible-NO, public-NO it is still showed

)

What version should I use, when I'm not developer and don't want spend all the time with fixing problems?

Will I have similar kind of problems also in RC 1.1 - 27.08.2004a version?
