Where can i define the letter uses in HTML newsletter ?

My newsletter use Curier when i recive them in outlook, but i chose Verdana when i add/edit the newsletter ???

maybe you could look at thesource of the newsletter you get then you will find the class. sorry for that answer but never send a newsletter.
