I also like that site, but maybe you could make your topmenu better ? I dont like the pseudo silver look.... just my 2 cents

it's just a case of using the background image in thr html page ans as an overlay in the flash movie but it's the forethougth and planning i like.
but i also find the menu thissites weakest link, it's difference in design quality is lightyears away from that of the flash/html bg idea.
