space and design in forms

Hi I wonder how i can design the mailform better ?

1. ex. when i use this:
IC|Kreativ Assistance|0||50,3|Kreativ_Assistance|0

Then i need to use a "underscor" else the word Assistance goes to next line ? (i want the hole word on one line.)

2. I would like to ad a line with information txt between IT and IC, how can i do that ?
