Replacement do not work (see only s.th. like { NAV_ROW})

Hello,

at my installation, it seems that the replacement-tags are not interpreted in the frontend.

I can only see the replacement-tags as follows:
{ IMAGE:logo.jpg}
{ NAV_TABLE_COLUMN:0}
recht: { SPACER:5x325} { SPACER:1x10}
{ CONTENT}

My steps:
After successfully installing 'phpwcms_1.2.1-DEV' and following the steps in the installationguide from peperkorn-online.de, I looked forward to see my first artikle.
But unfortunately only the site-structure and hard coded words (i.g. Copyright © 2003-2004 by Muster GmbH) are displayed in the frontend.
The placeholders aren't interpreted.

After hours in the forum, my only chance is to make this new post.
Can anybody please help me?

it looks like that you copy and pasted it... take care that there a no spaces behind the {

Wow, what a quick help.

That was exactly what I have done.
I copy the sections listed in the sample at peperkorn-online.de, paste it into notepad -assuming this deletes the unwished formattings- and than again copy it from there to paste it into my template (Vorlage).

Now after deleting the blanks after the brackets it works.
