More marginal space between content and frame I would suggest.

yes I would suggest so too

and I would suggest to replace your navigation grafics with some in better quality. Maybe you could also insert some bigger top and left margin at your navigation

I would remove the breadcrumb because on a website with only 2 sublevels everyone will always recognize where he/she is... you really
don't need no breadcrumb. This invention was made for websites with
much deeper structure.

at the impressum section you have bigger text than title... I think this is strange and I would change that.
