Article Summary listing

I know you can the sample file (phpwcms_template/inc_cntpart/articlesummary/list/sample.tmpl ) to customise the summary listing of and article.

The question I have is what file do I edit to chage the default listing of an article so I don't have set each page manually. I have a site with a few hundred pages and I want to change the article listing for all of them without having to do each page one at a time.
