Is there any chance to put a flash header as a part of template?
I can use flash into the articles, right?
Where to put those flash files?
Should I use file manager too upload to root dir?
I've tried to paste a table containing flash header from dw but nothing happens.. ;(

You can put Flash files in header and anywhere you would in template. Use normal HTML plugin code as in normal web pages.
In articles flash files can be stored in file manager (better than Video or Audio files). But you can decide in content modul "multimedia". Choose the right media type, and all other attributes. Then choose the source: internal or external. For external source you can use a normal Link like "http://www.outside-my-webserver.com/flashfun.swf" or "media-path-on-my-webserver/myflash.swf". Internal source is choosen via file browser.
