Hi there,
welcom to the wonderful world of PHP :-)
I would recommend PHP Designer 2005. Best of all, it's completely free

Eclipse with PHPeclipse or Zend.

When doing real big things Zend is great 'cause of the debugger and so on. When coding in many different languages Eclipse is great as you have to learn the IDE stuff only once.

Thanks to all. I tried to point out which of the different IDEs is the best for me. Durring my daily work i am working with Eclipse, for this reason i tested PHPEclipse at first. But i was a little bit dissapointed. Its just an typical Eclipse plugin: - Syntax Highlighting - Templates - Tooltips. The next tested IDE was Zend. Everybody can recognise who has developed this IDE. Many features and in detail very complex, anyway it is simple in use. But almost 300 $, thats a lot of money. The last one which i tested was the PHP Designer. A very nice IDE, but with some deficits at debuging. Anyway this IDE is for free and i will start with this one.
