HTML Area not working after upgrading latest patch...

I just upgraded to the January 7th patch and now none of my HTML Area popups/functions work. It just pops up a blank screen. (but to tell the truth, I haven't checked the HMTL Area functions since I upgraded to RC2)

PHP Version 4.3.2
safe_mode Off
Apache Webserver

Any thoughts? Thanks.
