Getting HOME to appear in navigation

Hi all. I am sure this topic has been answered before, but my searches have been unable to find it. I suspect it has been answered in German at least twice, but I don't read German, unfortunately.

My question is this: I want the "HOME" page to appear at the top of the navigation menu. Not just in the breadcrumb trail, but at the top of the site's navigation menu, above the other categories I've created. For the life of me I can't figure out how to make it so.

Any suggestions?
