Looking to pay for a custom Hack

I am looking for a custom hack that will allow me to put a mail to link to the aurthor of a article in the summary as well as the full article under the article title with a read more tag nag next to it if there is more.

it would look somthing like this:


Title of Article
By: Aurthor name | Read More...

"Aurthor name" would be a link to his or hers email address and the "read more" would link to the full article.

I would like this to be automatic mabey inplace ot the subtitle even
