Do not read frontend.css

Hi.

The textarea in "ADMIN>default css" form appear empty.

Also the "css file" list field in the ADMIN>templates form.

I have checked.... the file exist in phpwcms_template/inc_css

The paths in config.inc.php are OK.

Some idea?
