Applied all patches, but still the error

Hallo,
I'm applied all patches, but when signing my guestbook, there's a warning message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/www/efones.mybesthost.com/include/inc_front/front.func.inc.php:1) in /home/www/efones.mybesthost.com/include/inc_front/content/cnt18.article.inc.php on line 245

Is there something wrong with my front.func.inc.php???

Ah, I saved the front.func.inc.php file in Nodepad under UTF-8 so there're some unwanted characters added at the beginning of the file. The remain task is to delete these characters and everything goes fine!
