index.php was blank. i couldn't put buttons

hello,

i installed phpwcms via cpanel fantastico. all things are good but index.php was blank. i added some contents and only content's texts are appeared. i looked template part with admin user, and there isn't any sample template. i added a template to try how to see. but i couldn't add buttons. i read your documents on your site. but it isn't very clear. can't you give example template with buttons with all things. i added guestbook content but i don't know how to add that to index page. so i'm adding very things but i can't see anything on index page. can you explain me how i'll do please?

I think you mean images - not buttons.

These images are not part of the base installation.

i added this to left part of template.

is {NAV_TABLE_COLUMN} buttons, isn't it ? i know i haven't pictures that on top and left i want to see buttons. i added 2 article but there isn't a link for them on index page.

i want to make buttons like on your site. must i add them manually ? when i add new article or new category, don't display in index page automaticly ?

you mean navigation - and navigation is not made based on articles - it's based on structures which you can setup in admin section of phpwcms.
