company mod

Hi all,

I tried to install the company mod. Then I tried to reinstall it. But with no succes. I keep getting:

Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in \www\include\inc_module\mod_company\inc_tmpl\products.list.tmpl.php on line 22 at the backend

and at the frontend my index won't load telling me:

Error in query:SELECT * FROM phpwcms_products ORDER BY prod_id

No matter what I try. I searched the forum for this problem but I seem to be the only one whit this problem so it's probably a stupid question.
Can any one point me a direction to solve my problem?
