There were a couple of things that I got stuck on initially. After I logged into phpWCMS for the first time, I received the blank page. I came to the support forum here and found out that it was because I had no articles. This seems to make a lot of sense, but I think that my expectation was that upon first login, I would be taken to phpWCMS.php and kind of guided to what to do next. I think that it would be helpful to have a default template and page layout along with the CSS, so that after you login for the first time, you can go right into the Articles area and create your content. No content = blank page, right!
