Get Asylum Designs Template working with phpWCMS

Ok, i want http://www.asylum-designs.com this template to work with phpWCMS (which is installed here http://www.asylum-designs.com/chaos)

Anyone wanna help? I dont know if i should do it by editing index.php or by making templates. Im totaly new. Plz, any help would be great.
