Possible to download templates?

I am having problems making a template -- is it possible to download a 'blank' template? And then I could edit the css and add images etc?

new release packages have templates for testing inside..

Hello, this would not be a blank template but a sample template, the same one that is used here.

You can save all the images from the phpwcms.de site, then upload them into the appropiate folders of your phpwcms.

This is how I started.
