inserting images into template

Hi all,

I have read through a couple of the threads relating to inserting images into the template, but I still don't get it.

Can anyone give me a short and simple answer as to how to insert images? Do I have to use the image upload and store them in my private files?

Any help appreciated,

hello

the simplest way ist! place the images for the template info the pictrure folder. and call them in the template via the {IMAGE:filename.ext} tag.

I have taken another look at this, but could you tell me where the 'picture folder' is.

you're funny did you look what you upload!

the picture folder ist the folder with the name picture in the root of your phpwcms directory.
