Dunno if you've gotten any replies.. so just in case:
Commission Rate Addendum
to MyFonts.com Inc.
Level 2 Participation Agreement
of June 15th, 2004

This Commission Rate Addendum (the “Addendum”) is entered into this 15th day of
2004 by and between MyFonts.com, Inc. of 245 First Street, 17th Floor, Cambridge,
Massachusetts 02142 (“MyFonts.com”) and Foundry Name of
FONT BOUTIQUE, Mittelstraße 8, 06366 Köthen, Germany
(Tel: +49-340-2214904) (Fax: +49-340-2215153) (Contact: Heinrich Lischka) (“Foundry”)

WHEREAS, MyFonts.com and Foundry are parties to a written agreement of Heinrich Lischka, entitled
MyFonts.com Level 2 Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”), whereby MyFonts.com charges Foundry a
commission of 20% of the price at which each of Foundry’s packages are sold; and now, MyFonts.com desires to
change this commission rate to 35%.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. Notwithstanding the provisions of the second paragraph of Section 2 of the Agreement, and the list of
Contractual Fonts appearing in Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time, on each sale of any
Contractual Font, MyFonts.com agrees to pay Foundry the price paid by the customer less a commission of
thirty five percent (35%) Such payments will be made within 30 days of the end of the month during which the
sale took place.

This Addendum shall become part of the Agreement effective June 15th, 2004 and the Agreement, as
amended, shall remain in full force and effect.

American "envelope" addresses are usually reflected like this:
FONT BOUTIQUE
8 Mittelstraße
Köthen, Germany 06366
So... "you" decide if this would confuse "them" (or your Postal Authorities  ):
FONT BOUTIQUE - 8 Mittelstraße - Köthen, Germany 06366
-or-
FONT BOUTIQUE - Mittelstraße 8 - 06366 Köthen, Germany

I am a native speaker of English, and am glad to help the best I can.
I am not positive for sure, but I believe it would go like this:

...Level 2 Participation Agreement of
FONT BOUTIQUE

entered into this 16th day of June, 2004 by and...

...and Foundry Name of FONT BOUTIQUE, Mittelstraße 8, 06366 Köthen, Germany (Tel: (Font Boutique's telephone number))(Fax:(Font Boutique's fax number or "n/a" is the standard abbreviation for not applicable)) (Contact:Heinrich Lischka)("Foundry")...

...to a written agreement of participation, entitled...

...Agreement effective immediately

...Foundry: By: (Heinrich's signature)...Print Name: Heinrich Lischka...Title: (Heinrich's position in the company, such as 'owner' or 'customer relations manager')...Date: June 16, 2004

The adjacent "MyFonts.com, Inc:" fields should be filled out by MyFonts. The example above where I used Dark Red is one that I'm not completely certain of. I'm fairly sure that is what to put there, though.

I hope this helps, its the least I could do for all the work you've done on developing phpwcms.

Looks like Dexxus beat me to it. I concur with his suggestion that the field I wasn't sure about be filled out as he has it..

Thank you very much.

Normally I understand "normal" English - but this is like in Germany too - lawyer's English ;-)

...and hard to find a proper translation.
