Does your upload directory have the right permissions? 403 can indicate that something is forbidden...

Bei mir ist das Problem auch aufgetaucht.
Die Verzeichnisrechte sind alle korrekt gesetzt.
Auch habe ich die .htaccess Datei vom anderen Thread
in den Zielordner kopiert.
Bin jeden Tipp froh.

Got the same problem. Recieve 403 Error. CHMOD Settings are set on 777.
