Could someone please tell me where the login and login confirmation page text are generated from? I would like to edit them.

Hi,

/template/inc_cntpart/* -> at this place you will find the templates for the most cps.

/template/inc_cntpart/felogin/* -> Especially this is the template using by the cp felogin.
