Hello! In the File manager for each file you can insert infomations as Keywords, long info, copyright and TAGS. Which is the difference between keywords and tags? How can I use tags? Inside articles too? Or they are useful only in the section FILE?
I need to search images in the frontend area using TAGS info. Is it possible?

Search based on tags not possible now.
Tags is the more modern way to "tag" files. And is a system wide implementation.
It's there more for custom development. But should be recommend to enhance content part filelist by tags filter option.
