Anchors in HTML

Can I use anchors in the HTML editor?
If I do it now, when clicking the link in the frontend that has to go to the anchor on that same page it leads me to the login page for some reason.

Maybe the Anchor tag can be added to the HTML editor?

Or do you have another solution?
