http://www.spatialdesigners.com

A friend of mine bought a template from Template monster but it was in was in flash which she couldn't edit and the html version was written in tables.

I created a template and built the site using phpwcms, she can now easily update any text and images. The nice 'special images' content part was very useful as well as the 'teaser article link' now able use the article alias is very good. it opens up a lot more options for site navigation. This is built using the latest SVN version. r134.

here is the original template I redesigned: http://www.templatemonster.com/swish-te ... 18201.html

there is still a bit more work to do, she needs to add some more text etc, but it's pretty much there.

Thanks,

Again this just goes to show how flexible phpwcms is and these new features getting added gives a lot more options for design. the new way to display images is great.

720fusion, i like it :D

Hi,

No, I didn't use YAML. Have have looked at that in the past but haven't ever fully got my head around it so i use a template i have created that i just adapt every now and then. I can post it with some css if any one else would like to use it. I have a 2 column and 3 column version.

The site still needs some of the text content sorting out but the template is there and ready for my friend to add all her text.

Alright. I might get back to you on that, as soon as time permits.

Schnickschnack: A case where German frolics a bit, as it should, since here we have a word for life's bells and whistles, the little extras that make a pleasing difference: the chochkas on the breakfront, the cool gadget in the new car.

Good old Google. Their translation tool isn't great but their search tool is.
