error on uploading picture in content part

ok sorry I explain now...

I have install a fresh copy of phpwcms 1.2.6 then I have copy the content folder, phpwcms_filestorage, phpwcms_template from the old install, and I have imported in the new database the content of the old database with phpmyadamin everithing looks almost ok but when I try to edit and article I receive the error above.

and also I get this error in the front end to some categories

brrrrrrrrrrrrrr No go for this way of updating... there must be some mistake in understanding: 1.2.6 Database needs no new one in 1.2.6 , the old one is pretty good enough... BUT !!! The error you mentioned appeared with the 1.2.9 NB->1.3.0 .. Sooo I guess you have a NEWER one running !!!

This appears from a damaged resized picture hooked in content, throw it out.-

I did not try to update to a new version I try to install the old version so that it will be compatible with the databse, I try an update but I think I did not understand really well the steps or for my os not working....

you mean to delete the image from content / images?

well the problem is that on every article that I try to update something I get this error, can you explain a little better plssss
