I am no one who likes to *convert* people really. It's why I will not start a debate. However, most of the reasons you've brought up don't hold true for modern webstandards. First wrong assumption: Webstandards are about using valid HMTL. You do realise that the idea behind webstandards is not to ...

Reason #1 from my personal experience when interacting with designers and clients alike. Webstandards and the rather meager appreciation for modern webstandards in this OS project. I must say I'm most impressed with the newest version of phpWcms. I keep recommending it to many many people because I ...

I worked with Typo3 quite a bit now. This whole system is just a big chaos. So I can understand what Oliver means. I like PHPWCMS much better. But there is still too much stuff missing, that is really important to me. Lets see what the future brings... Really? I've not had that feeling with typo3 ...

You'll have to check your site in Firefox. It's not optimally coded. :)

The design is nice and it looks clean though I don't like the font you've used in your header. Also, I think there needs to be a bit more content. It looks rather empty and uncrowded as it is now ... :)

Hmmm ... structure wise it's good. The design and colors are not very impressive in my opinion.

I'd have to agree with some of the arguments made. Even if I use other cms systems now, too, until phpWCMS covers more of what I need, I would still have to say that phpWCMS is beyond amazing. The only cms that I like better is typo3 and I'm using it more and don't find it difficult to use either as ...

One weakness is (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here) the fact that you are forced to use a table navigation I do it ;-). Thats wrong. You can use NAV_LIST_TOP, NAV_LIST_CURRENT, ..., all based on CSS-Definitions. And thats the way to change the design totally. How is that wrong? You are not ...

phpWCMS is very flexible. You can do a layout with CSS.

One weakness is (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here) the fact that you are forced to use a table navigation IF you want to use the NAV_TABLE_COLUMN replacement tag. This is the only restriction I'm aware of.

Zumindest irgendwann ... :)

The *banner* looks horribly misplaced and actually gives the impression as if it's a mistake rather than intended position wise ... Secondly, your header is not centered correctly. It's messed up in Firefox as well. Same goes for your navigation headers or affiliates headers or whatever they are on ...

Even the phpwcms logo is still in there in Firefox.

You need to set up your template and add pagecontent before anything can show up.
