Todayi tried to install phpwcms on localhost. I completed setup without any error when i goto index.php there were nothing except an error about including C:\Pearl dir. How can i solve that or should I use another PHP localhost program.

System:

MS Windows Vista HP SP1
WAMP Server 2.0g

i upload my files and web-instal phpwcms . it didnt show any error. when i download config php downloads a blank file. i tried to configure file manually but even all of my settings are true there is nothing working on my site

I am planning to publish a site using PHPWCMS. I solve the navigation and content parts but cannot find a way to locate login forum in page??
