Update 1.2.6 14.12.05 to 27.4.06

The error I get :

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /include/inc_lib/general.inc.php on line 1

I revert back to 14.12.05 release, and everything is OK again.

Would be grateful for assistance.

I had left the old .htaccess as I had some permanent redirects from the old extension .shtml pages to the new .phtml

Loaded the .htaccess from the 1.2.3-DEV files and it works for me now.

That's what I mentioned in the Mantis bug report...that it worked for me with the previous version with mod rewrite but not with 1.2.3-DEV

In case it helps...another site of mine with rewrite on is located here with the same problem. (Only the index and contact page is with phpwcms).

I have upgraded three sites of mine to a 'live' status with 1.2.1

Two of them have cache set to 14400 with no known problems occuring.

all I get is the navigation menus at the top and side of the backweb like normal, and a sadly blank content area. I have tried the fixes for other people with this problem, but they haven't worked.

The same thing happened to me after which I realised that paths had changed.

Updating from 1.1.9-DEV to 1.2-DEV I get the following error :
