cache setting

I have upgraded three sites of mine to a 'live' status with 1.2.1

Two of them have cache set to 14400 with no known problems occuring.

The other site I have had to revert to cache set to 0 as the contact form does not send the message or mention any error but reverts back to the contact form after sending the message. When cache is set to 0 there is no problem and the message and other commands are sent. All 3 sites are on the same server.

change cache setting just for that article. But first empty cache.
