Yes, it is currently set to that now.

I have it set to the following:

$phpwcms['wysiwyg_editor'] = 2;

Even though I have it set to this, it still say's in the profile that WYSIWYG is disabled.

I have recently upgraded to the latest version. Everything appears to be working as it should but the navigation menu ( http://www.ceint.com/ ) is not working as it should.

When one clicks a link with a sub-link the menu should expand, but it does not.

Any suggestions?
