I use AceHTML 5(6) for everything even I have other " famous softwares ". It's easy and powerful, can do from HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, to PHP. You can download a free version here http://freeware.acehtml.com/

Maybe O.G has already had a plan? I "love" Css! The page's code is so clean, the ability to move , design any content part anywhere in the page is so powerful==> search engine spiders love it very much, too.

I just realize that if I choose to update I'm going to loose my favorites MOD: Graphic mod, Webstat, CSS TABLE COLUMN ... Even though Oliver did write a short how to but it's still complicated and there's no guarantee
if thing will not be messed up. What's a pain

Version 2.0 FINAL released
This is the last release as a MOD. The next step is to include it into the phpwcms-core. Until then - have fun with the MOD :).
