Hi,
we are still running a phpwcms v1.2.6-DEV version for our website. I now need to upgrade to the latests phpwcms version but before I will do that it would be great to hear from someone what would be the best procedure to follow.
Can I just follow the normal upgrade process or do I need to do ...

I have several sites running with phpwcms 1.2.6 DEV and I've done the security measures as described by OG:
1. Delete folder "phpwcms_code_snippets"
2. Delete file "include/inc_act/act_formmailer.php"

I think it would now be wise to upgrade to the new 1.2.6 version...:?

no, it's not a show stopper. The people I'm doing the site for asked me if this could be possible. I just presented them the solution with the confirmation e-mail and they are very happy with it

Thank you for your answer. I will send a copy of the generated e-mail to the entered e-mail address and inform the user about this via the on-success-message. I just thought that it would be nice for the user to print the entered values straight after sending the form.

I have installed it on my DW MX, works well just don't show the nice icons...I supose they are only shown with the latest DW Version?

please consider this issue as closed. I have the described problem with version 1.2.5 and the phpwcms located a subdirectory of my server root.

I tryed with version 1.2.6 and the phpwcms located in the root dirctory --> everything works well!
